1. What is Plushiefy’s return policy? We offer a 61-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Returns cannot be initiated until your order is in transit.

3. Is there a restocking fee for returns? No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Who covers the return shipping costs? You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses when sending the item back to us.
5. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Can I exchange an item? Yes! To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@plushiefy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the United States and internationally. Express shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
9. How long does delivery take?

10. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
11. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Cartes Bancaires (for international customers). All payments are processed in USD.
12. Can I modify or cancel my order? If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@plushiefy.com. Once an order is processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
13. What happens if my package is undeliverable or returned? If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer or is not claimed from the courier after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipping.
